# Detect Auto Quick Start Guide

## Welcome to Detect Auto! Follow these steps to start saving time and boosting maintenance sales in minutes:

**1. Pin the Extension**

**2. Log In**

Open the extension and sign in with your Detect Auto credentials. We recommend using the "Continue with Google" option so you don't have to save a password that you'll probably forget in a week.

**3. Complete the Onboarding Flow (New Users Only)**

Using the the suggested onboarding flow, select your shop management software. Then, when asked if you've completed the onboarding, select "No". **4. Start a Vehicle Review**

**5. Use the Recommendations**

Detect Auto will show you what's due or overdue based on your shop’s standards—just add to the RO with one click.
